SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All animals will be shipped via FedEx priority overnight at a flat rate of $65.00. We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by conditions out of our control, such as weather and carrier delays. If the weather is outside of the acceptable temperature range (50F - 85F), shipments must be held for pickup at your local FedEx HUB. For this, your shipping address must be the HUB's address. Any shipments that are not addressed to a HUB during weather outside of the acceptable temperature range will void any Live Animal Guarantee.
Return & Exchange Policy
All shipments come with a Live Animal Guarantee, given that all the shipping condition are met (refer to shipping policy). Any animals Dead on Arrival must be reported within 2 hours of arrival. Failure to report animals DOA within this timeframe will void the Live Animal Guarantee. Animals DOA will be replaced with a similar animal, if there are no acceptable replacements, a refund will be issued. Any order cancellations will incur a 25% fee (excluding shipping costs).
